# AI Audit Account Report Use this skill when a sales team has account usage data and wants a personalized report, video talk track, and follow-up copy. ## Workflow 1. Read the account row and identify real usage signals. 2. Compare usage to company scale to find an adoption gap. 3. Frame a hypothesis without overstating what the data proves. 4. Draft a short report, video talk track, and follow-up email. 5. Flag stale contacts or missing multithread paths. ## Zapier MCP And SDK Role - Use Zapier MCP to read CRM, approved usage summaries, account context, and contact data. - Use Zapier SDK for recurring account report generation, rep-review routing, and approved follow-up logging. - Keep customer-facing messages, reports, and videos rep-approved. ## Guardrails - Use words like "signals" and "suggests" when interpreting data. - Avoid surveillance language. - Do not send outreach without rep approval.
