# /digital-marketing-pro:narrative-tracker ## Purpose Track and analyze the narrative that AI engines construct about the brand. Monitor what ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and others say when asked about the brand, compare to desired positioning, detect drift or misrepresentation, and identify when competitors are gaining narrative territory in AI responses. Unlike visibility monitoring (which measures whether the brand appears), narrative tracking measures what is said — the qualitative story AI engines tell about the brand, whether it aligns with intended positioning, and how it changes over time. What does the narrative-tracker skill do?
Track AI engine brand narratives. Use when: detecting narrative drift, misrepresentation, or competitor narrative gains over time.
How do I install it?
Run `npx skills add indranilbanerjee/digital-marketing-pro --skill narrative-tracker --agent claude-code` — it drops the skill into your project so the agent can pick it up. Swap the --agent value for codex, cursor or copilot if you use one of those.
Where does this skill come from?
From indranilbanerjee/digital-marketing-pro, a repository with 700 stars. We read it straight from the repository tree rather than a submitted listing, so what you see here is what is actually published.
Is a popular skill a good skill?
Not necessarily. Stars measure attention, not adoption — a repository can trend for a week and be abandoned. That is why we show the weekly change from our own snapshots next to the total, instead of a single flattering number.
