# 外审意见回复（cjms-rebuttal） ## 触发时机 - 收到系统返回的外审意见（通常两位专家）与编辑部修改通知 - 意见互相冲突或部分要求超出本文范围，不知如何取舍 - 修改说明写成"已修改，见正文"，被要求重新细化 ## 核心：先改稿，后回复 修改说明（逐条回复文档）只能记录**已经发生的修改**。流程固定为：意见分类 → 制定修改方案 → 完成修改 → 撰写回复。顺序颠倒会写出与正文不符的回复，二审必翻车。 ## 意见分类矩阵 | 意见类型 | 典型表述 | 应对策略 | |----------|----------|----------| | 方法质疑 | "算法与 XX 相比优势不明 / 为何不用现成求解器" | 补消融与基线对比（回 `cjms-solution-algorithm`），在正文新增对比表 | | 检验不足 | "缺样本外 / 参数敏感性不够" | 补实验（回 `cjms-empirical-validation` / `cjms-numerical-experiments`），报告新增结果哪怕不利 | | 假设挑战 | "假设 A2 脱离实际" | 三选一：给现实依据；放松后补推导；列入局限并说明结论稳健范围 | | 定位质疑 | "创新性不足 / 与已有文献区别不清" | 重写贡献三层（回 `cjms-literature-review`），新增与最强近敌的逐点对照 | | 体例问题 | 摘要、图表、文献格式 | 直接按 `cjms-writing-style`/`cjms-tables-figures` 修正，全改不辩 | | 越界要求 | 要求换整套方法或扩题 | 礼貌说明超出本文范围，给出部分响应（如附录讨论）并陈述理由 | 两位专家意见冲突时：向编辑说明冲突点，选择有据的一方并给出理由，另一方给部分响应；不可两头敷衍。 ## 修改说明的格式纪律 - 逐条编号引用原意见（专家一意见 1、意见 2……），**先原文、后回复、再定位**（"见修改稿第 X 节第 Y 段/表 Z，修改处已标注"）。 - 新增推导、实验放在回复中给摘要，正文/附录给全文，页码定位精确。 - 语气：感谢具体化（谢的是哪条意见带来的哪处改进），不奉承、不认错式自贬、不阴阳。 - 不同意处：一句立场 + 证据 + 台阶（"我们理解专家的担忧，已在第 5 节补充讨论"）。 ## 时间与流程 修回按编辑部通知的期限执行，需延期提前通过系统或 zgglkx@casisd.cn 申请；修回稿与修改说明同时上传，勿只传其一。大修后常再送原审专家，回复中的每个承诺都会被复查。 ## 自检清单 - [ ] 每条意见都有编号回复，无合并糊弄 - [ ] 全部修改先落实在正文，回复与正文逐字一致 - [ ] 补充实验含不利结果的诚实报告 - [ ] 冲突意见已向
