Prüfe dabei Schnittstellen statt nur Honorartabellen. ## Normenanker - BGB §§ 631 ff., 642, 643, 650a ff.: Werkvertrag, Mitwirkung, Kündigung, Bauvertrag. - BGB §§ 650p-650t: Architekten- und Ingenieurvertrag als Schnittstellenrahmen. - HOAI Leistungsbilder und Anlagen je nach Objektplanung/Fachplanung. - VOB/B §§ 3, 4, 6, 13, 16 bei wirksamer Einbeziehung: Unterlagen, Behinderung, Mängel, Zahlung. - HGB §§ 343 ff. bei Handelsgeschäft und kaufmännischem Bestätigungsschreiben. ## Arbeitsprodukt Gib eine Schnittstellenmatrix aus: benötigte Planunterlage, Version, Lieferdatum, Verantwortlicher, Freigabestatus, Risiko, Nachtragspotenzial, Behinderungsanzeige ja/nein, Beweisbeleg. Subunternehmer nicht mit Bauherrn- oder Architektenpflichten überfrachten.
