string-weaver
Unification reasoning tool. Given multiple competing approaches, dualities, or chiral splits, find the higher-dimensional view that reconciles them. Derived from the pattern that five string theories unify via LRC bracket in M-theory's 11D. Not about actual strings - about the PATTERN of unification.

# STRING-WEAVER: Unification Reasoning ## Core Insight Five string theories looked incompatible for a decade. Then dualities revealed they were the same theory seen from different angles, unified in M-theory at one dimension higher. This pattern recurs everywhere: apparent diversity concealing deeper unity. **The LRC bracket {H1,H2,H3}=1 is the invariant that survives all duality transforms.** Find the invariant, find the unity. ## The Five Tools ### 1. DUALITY DETECTION Given two things that seem different, find what maps one to the other. **String pattern:** T-duality maps R to alpha'/R (small radius = large radius). S-duality maps g to 1/g (strong coupling = weak coupling). The physics is invariant. **Method:** 1. Name the two "theories" (approaches, designs, perspectives) 2. Identify the parameter that differs between them (scale, coupling, direction) 3. Find the transform: what operation maps A to B? 4. Ask: what quantity is PRESERVED under that transform? 5. The preserved quantity is the real insight. The "difference" was coordinate choice. **Quick reference:** | Domain | Thing A | Thing B | Transform | Preserved | |--------|---------|---------|-----------|-----------| | Arch

What does the string-weaver skill do?
Unification reasoning tool. Given multiple competing approaches, dualities, or chiral splits, find the higher-dimensional view that reconciles them. Derived from the pattern that five string theories unify via LRC bracket in M-theory's 11D. Not about actual strings - about the PATTERN of unification.
How do I install it?
Run `npx skills add majiayu000/claude-skill-registry --skill string-weaver --agent claude-code` — it drops the skill into your project so the agent can pick it up. Swap the --agent value for codex, cursor or copilot if you use one of those.
Where does this skill come from?
From majiayu000/claude-skill-registry, a repository with 534 stars. We read it straight from the repository tree rather than a submitted listing, so what you see here is what is actually published.
Is a popular skill a good skill?
Not necessarily. Stars measure attention, not adoption — a repository can trend for a week and be abandoned. That is why we show the weekly change from our own snapshots next to the total, instead of a single flattering number.
