What it does
Supports research, framing, and drafting of drafts on Italian and European legal sources, including norms, practice, and jurisprudence across civil, criminal, administrative, labor, tax, and specialized areas. Triggered when the user asks to find or cite a norm, verify validity or existence of rulings, identify precedents, or draft documents or strategies. Produces drafts or strategic recommendations anchored to sources and flags limits and verification needs.
How it works
- Inquadra la domanda: identify the subject matter, institute, and whether a norm, practice, or jurisprudence is needed. If there is an extraneous element, determine applicable law and jurisdiction before addressing merits.
- Route to the correct source section.
- Retrieve sources using available lex_* tools; if unavailable, search only official routing sources and state that the answer does not come from the verified corpus.
- Verify persistence of the norm before applying it.
- Answer with citations for each substantive assertion anchored to retrieved sources.
- State limits: what the corpus does not cover and what remains to verify.
When to use it
Activated by queries about how to frame or cite a norm, verify the status of a provision, check citations or existence of a ruling, or construct a strategy. Uses explicit routing and citation rules and applies verification steps before applying dispositions.
What it can touch
Uses the declared tool set (claude-code) to perform source retrieval, verification, and drafting steps as described. Citations must reference retrieved sources and follow the module’s rules.
Caveats
Not legal advice; outputs are drafts to be verified against official sources. If a requested act type has no established structure, the skill consults 1-2 formularies for structural convention only and notes sources structurally. Explicit placeholders [DA COMPLETARE: ...] are used for missing factual data; no facts are invented. Verification limits and the need for corroboration are disclosed.

Non è consulenza legale: produce orientamento e bozze da verificare sulla fonte ufficiale prima di ogni uso con effetti (atti, gare, rapporti con la PA). Le materie di base (costituzionale, civile e penale, sostanziale e processuale) sono coperte quanto a testo normativo e instradamento alle fonti; la profondità su prassi e giurisprudenza è massima negli ambiti di pratica: appalti, terzo settore, lavoro, tributario, amministrativo, privacy.
