# R.E.A.L. 四要素自我提醒:R(Recognize,识别)此刻的体验,E(Experience without judgment,不评判地体验),A(Allow without explanation,不解释地允许),L(Let be without estimation or meta-evaluation,不估计、不元评估地任其存在);全程保持温和的好奇心,不试图改变或推开体验。 R.E.A.L. Recognize → Experience without judgment → Allow without explanation → Let be without estimation or meta-evaluation - 4.

What does the R.E.A.L.
How do I install it?
Run `npx skills add ECNU-ICALK/AutoSkill --skill R.E.A.L.接纳练习 --agent claude-code` — it drops the skill into your project so the agent can pick it up. Swap the --agent value for codex, cursor or copilot if you use one of those.
Where does this skill come from?
From ECNU-ICALK/AutoSkill, a repository with 539 stars. We read it straight from the repository tree rather than a submitted listing, so what you see here is what is actually published.
Is a popular skill a good skill?
Not necessarily. Stars measure attention, not adoption — a repository can trend for a week and be abandoned. That is why we show the weekly change from our own snapshots next to the total, instead of a single flattering number.
