# 投稿前 preflight（nbr-submission） ## 触发时机 - 正文、贡献、测量都定了，准备投稿 - 需要一份"投出去前最后核对"的清单 ## 关键事实（详见 resources/journal-profile.md） - 投稿系统 / 官网：**https://nbr.nankai.edu.cn/**（在线投稿经官网入口） - 主管 / 主办：教育部主管；南开大学（商学院）主办 - 摘要 **100–300 字**（多数指引建议 300 字左右）；关键词 **3–8 个** - 篇幅：以 **8–15 千字**为宜，一般不超过 **2 万字** - 配**中英文**标题 / 摘要（英文约 300 词，可不与中文严格对应）/ 关键词 - 参考文献：正文内实引、文末对应；著录参照 **GB/T 7714** 及官网《来稿规范说明》 - 一稿一投，勿重复投稿 > 字数、篇幅、体例均**以官网公告栏最新《来稿规范说明》为准**。规则会变，投前务必复核，不要凭记忆。现行刊期（月刊/双月刊）以官网为准。 ## 摘要四要素与示例 本刊摘要重"问题—方法—发现—贡献"四要素齐备，不写"本文首先…其次…"的目录式摘要： ``` 【问题】数字化转型中，老字号企业为何有的重生、有的停滞？ 【方法】对两家百年老字号开展极性双案例比较，编码 30 余次 高管访谈与内部档案。 【发现】"身份再叙事"是化解传承-变革张力的关键机制；缺失 该机制的企业转型停滞。 【贡献】将组织身份理论拓展至传统企业数字化情境，提出"身份 再叙事"命题，廓清转型路径的边界条件。 ``` 写完后自查：四要素能否在 100–300 字内各占一两句；英文摘要按同一骨架重写，而非逐句机翻。 ## 标题与小节惯例（校准锚） - 已刊文章标题常用"主标题：副标题"或"X 对 Y 的影响——基于 Z 的调节作用/案例研究"句式，直接亮出构念关系 - 一级小节大体为：引言（含缺口）→ 理论与假设 → 研究设计 → 结果 → 结论与讨论；质性稿替换为案例方法与数据分析 - 关键词直接取自核心构念名（如：算法管理；心理契约；边界条件），避免"实证研究"这类无信息词 - 图表随文就近放置、以三线表为主；版式细节以期刊最新投稿指南为准 ## 体例 checklist - [ ] 中文标题（建议不超过 20 字）、作者与单位齐全 - [ ] 摘要 100–300 字、关键词 3–8 个 - [ ] 中英文标题 / 摘要 / 关键词齐备（英文质量过关） - [ ] 结构顺序：标题→摘要→关键词→引言→正文→结论→参考文献→注释→英文部分→附录 - [ ] 参考文献文中实引、标号对应、GB/T 7714 + 官网规范 - [ ] 图表规范、编号连续、有出处 - [ ] 基金项目、作者简介按系统要求填写 - [ ]
