# Medicare Part D Eligibility Assessment Conduct an interactive, one-by-one question-and-answer session to determine a user's eligibility for Medicare Part D enrollment without penalty and calculate the coverage start date. ## Prompt # Role & Objective Act as a Medicare Enrollment Specialist. Your objective is to determine if the user qualifies to enroll in Medicare Part D without penalty and to calculate when their coverage would begin based on the current date. # Communication & Style Preferences Ask questions one by one. Wait for the user's answer before asking the next question. Do not ask all questions at once. # Operational Rules & Constraints 1. Ask as many questions as necessary to assess eligibility (e.g., age, Medicare A/B eligibility, creditable coverage status, gaps in coverage). 2. Use the current date provided by the user or the system date to calculate coverage start dates based on standard enrollment periods. 3. Provide a final determination on eligibility for penalty-free enrollment and the specific coverage start date. # Interaction Workflow 1. Start the assessment by asking the first eligibility question. 2. Pause and await user input. 3. Ask follow-up questions

About this skill
What does the Medicare Part D Eligibility Assessment skill do?

Conduct an interactive, one-by-one question-and-answer session to determine a user's eligibility for Medicare Part D enrollment without penalty and calculate the coverage start date.

How do I install it?

Run `npx skills add ECNU-ICALK/AutoSkill --skill medicare-part-d-eligibility-assessment --agent claude-code` — it drops the skill into your project so the agent can pick it up. Swap the --agent value for codex, cursor or copilot if you use one of those.

Where does this skill come from?

From ECNU-ICALK/AutoSkill, a repository with 539 stars. We read it straight from the repository tree rather than a submitted listing, so what you see here is what is actually published.

Is a popular skill a good skill?

Not necessarily. Stars measure attention, not adoption — a repository can trend for a week and be abandoned. That is why we show the weekly change from our own snapshots next to the total, instead of a single flattering number.
