# R&R Rebuttal (jpam-rebuttal) A JPAM **R&R is a strong signal**, but at a cross-disciplinary venue the response letter must satisfy **two kinds of reviewer at once** — one focused on identification and one on policy relevance — while the editor adjudicates.
