# Journey Mapping Build journey maps and service blueprints that surface friction, align teams, and identify opportunities. Stack-agnostic. Tool-agnostic. This skill is for mapping the experience. For testing specific touchpoints, use `usability-testing`. For broader generative research, use `ux-research`.
