# 《软件学报》审稿流程 (Journal of Software Review Process) 理解《软件学报》(Journal of Software, JOS) 的审稿流程能让你正确解读稿件状态、合理预期时序、 并知道每个阶段能做什么。本刊实行严格的中文同行评审，由领域/责任编委与外审专家分层把关。 状态链据 2026-07-09 官网投稿查询说明与投稿人记录的搜索渲染整理（见 [`resources/official-source-map.md`](../../resources/official-source-map.md)），以官网为准。 ## 一、稿件状态链（在线投稿系统） ```text 投稿 (submitted) → 领域编委 / 责任编委初审 (initial review by area/responsible editors) → 外审 / 同行评审 (peer review, 外审专家) → 责任编委复审 (second review by responsible editors) → 修改后再审 / 已修回 (revision required / revision received) → 主编终审 (editor-in-chief final decision) → 定稿 (finalized) → 已录用 (accepted) └→ 退稿 (rejected) ``` - **初审**：责任/领域编委判断学科契合、创新性、基本规范；不合适者初审即退（无外审）。 - **外审**：送同行专家评审，通常多位；给出评审意见与推荐结论。 - **复审**：责任编委综合外审意见，作出修改/退稿/接收建议。 - **修回**：需要修改的稿件返回作者，作者修改并提交修回说明（见 [`jos-author-response`](../jos-author-response/SKILL.md)）；可能多轮。 - **主编终审**：主编/编委会对拟录用稿件作最终决定。 - **定稿/录用**：进入清样与出版流程（见 [`jos-camera-ready`](../jos-camera-ready/SKILL.md)）。 ## 二、决定类型 | 决定 | 含义 | 作者动作 | | --- | --- | --- | | 录用 | 达到发表标准（可能仍需小改） | 进入定稿/清样 | | 修改后再审（大修/小修） | 有价值但需修改，重新评审 | 认真修回 + 逐条答复 | | 退稿 | 不达标或不契合 | 阅读意见，改投或重构 | - **修改后再审**是本刊常见决定，可能经历**多轮**修回；每轮都要对照上一轮意见逐条回应。 - 大修往往由原外审专家复审，务必真正落实修改而非敷衍。 ## 三、时序预期 - 稿件一般在**6 个月内**通知结
