Pflichten treffen primär den Modellanbieter. → Detailprüfung: `gpai-vorliegen-art-3-nr-63` ## Pflicht 1 — Technische Dokumentation (Art. 53 Abs. 1 lit. a KI-VO i.V.m. Anhang XI KI-VO) Anbieter von GPAI-Modellen müssen eine technische Dokumentation erstellen und aktuell halten.
