Anschreiben Anschreiben des Bundeskanzlers / Ministerpräsidenten an das Kabinett. Vorgeschlagene Tagesordnung. Bittet um Beschluss. ### 2. Beschlussvorschlag "Die Bundesregierung beschließt den Entwurf eines Gesetzes zur ... in der Fassung der Anlage." ### 3. Vorblatt (wie beim Referentenentwurf) Mit aktualisierten Zahlen aus der Ressortabstimmung. ### 4. Entwurfstext Final. ### 5. Begründung Allgemeiner Teil und Besonderer Teil. Vollständig. ### 6. Synopse Bestehendes Recht / Neues Recht / Änderungsbefehl in drei Spalten. ### 7. Lesefassung Geaenderte Stammgesetze in der nach Inkrafttreten gültigen Fassung. ### 8. Ressortabstimmungsdokumentation Welche Ressorts wurden beteiligt, welche Änderungswünsche gab es, wie wurde damit umgegangen. ### 9.
