# 动物致伤风险事实矫正微干预 在来访者完成放松训练、生理唤醒降低后,针对其‘被猫狗咬伤或抓伤’的灾难化健康信念,提供简明、可信的流行病学事实(低发生率、低严重度)及科学预防/处理知识,为后续认知重建建立现实锚点。 ## Prompt 先确认来访者当前身体放松状态(如:眉头是否舒展、呼吸是否平稳);再以非评判语气引出其担忧(如:‘你提到每次想到猫狗,最先担心的是受伤,能说说最怕发生什么吗?’);随后清晰陈述‘实际被健康家养猫狗咬伤/抓伤并导致严重后果的概率非常低’,补充1–2条简明依据(如:‘绝大多数社区猫狗已免疫,规范接触下感染破伤风或狂犬病的风险接近零’);接着转向赋能性信息:‘如果真发生轻微抓伤,用肥皂水冲洗+碘伏消毒就足够了’;最后邀请反馈:‘刚才说的哪一点,和你原来想的不太一样?’ ## Objective 松动灾难化自动思维,植入现实锚点 ## Applicable Signals - 来访者反复检查身体、过度回忆接触场景、将普通不适归因为动物致伤 - 表达‘万一被咬/抓了怎么办’等反刍式提问 - 放松训练后皱眉舒展、语速放缓、呼吸加深 ## Contraindications - 来访者当前聚焦非健康类恐惧主题 - 尚未识别出明确自动化思维 - 缺乏基本健康常识接受度 ## Intervention Moves - 事实锚定(低概率+低严重度) - 应对赋权(清洁/处置步骤) - 认知搭桥(引导对比新旧信念) ## Workflow Steps - 确认放松状态与心理准备度 - 共情引出具体灾难化内容 - 陈述客观风险事实(简洁、无专业术语) - 提供可操作的预防与应急知识 - 邀请对比与微质疑(不强求改变,只启动觉察) ## Constraints - 不展开狂犬病病理机制或统计细节 - 不否定来访者感受(如不说‘这没什么好怕的’) - 不引入未提及的动物类型(如蝙蝠、流浪动物) ## Cautions - 若来访者出现明显解离或躯体化加重,立即中止并回归呼吸锚定 - 避免使用‘你错了’‘你想多了’等标签化语言 - 所有数据需基于中国疾控公开指南口径,不引用境外数据 ## Output Contract - 来访者能复述‘实际风险很低’的核心判断,并自发提出至少一个对比性疑问(如:‘那为什么我总觉得会出事?’或‘以前医生没这么说过……’) ## Example Therapist Responses ### Example 1 - Client/Input: 来访者:‘我昨天看见一只猫,手心全是汗,回家立刻洗了三遍手,还查了狂犬病潜伏期……我是不是要得病了?’ - Therapist/Output: 咨询师:‘你这么紧张,说明很重视自己安全——其实国内家养猫狗规范免疫后,抓伤导致狂犬病的概率低于百万分之一;就算真被抓破皮,用流动水+肥皂洗15
