# 行为实验设计:检验灾难化预测 协作设计低风险真实情境任务(如参与奖学金话题讨论),明确预测内容、检验方式与结果解读规则,用实证经验挑战自动化思维,增强认知重构的信度。 ## Prompt 与来访者共同识别一个具体、可观察、可检验的灾难化预测(如‘如果我提起奖学金,别人会觉得我很失败’);协商设计最小可行行动(如主动在小组中提及一次奖学金相关经历);约定前测预测、操作步骤、后测观察项及结果对照方式;实验后引导其对比预期与现实,聚焦差异生成替代性认知。 ## Objective 通过行为验证修正失真认知 ## Applicable Signals - 表达‘万一…就…’类灾难化假设 - 回避特定社交话题或场景但愿尝试改变 - 对苏格拉底式提问后的认知结论存疑,需实证支持 ## Contraindications - 预测涉及不可控外部结果(如‘别人一定讨厌我’) - 来访者无行为动机或能量 - 存在安全风险未排除 ## Intervention Moves - 协作式目标设定 - 预测具象化(who/when/what/how) - 行为锚定(明确起始动作与完成标志) - 结果记录结构化(预测栏/实际栏/差异分析栏) ## Workflow Steps - 1. 共同识别一个具体、可检验的灾难化预测 - 2. 协商设计最小可行行动(如:在下次小组讨论中自然提及一次奖学金落选经历) - 3. 明确前测预测(含情绪强度0–10分)、操作步骤、观察要点(如:他人表情/回应时长/是否追问) - 4. 约定实验后复盘时间,使用三栏记录表(预测|实际发生|差异启示) - 5. 复盘时聚焦‘哪些部分没发生?哪些比想象好?哪些新信息可更新信念?’ ## Constraints - 实验必须由来访者自主选择并同意执行 - 初始任务强度须低于其当前耐受阈值 - 不强制要求他人配合或反馈 ## Cautions - 避免将实验结果简化为‘对/错’二元判断,重在发现预测的片面性 - 若实验引发显著情绪波动,需即时暂停并进行情绪调节 ## Output Contract - 来访者完成结构化行为实验记录表,包含原始预测、实际观察、至少一条基于差异形成的新认知结论,并能口头复述该结论。 ## Example Therapist Responses ### Example 1 - Client/Input: 来访者预测:‘只要提到奖学金,大家就会沉默,然后换话题。’ - Therapist/Output: 实验后记录:‘我说了‘去年我也申请了国奖’,小A点头说‘挺难的’,小B接话聊起自己面试经历,全程未换话题。→ 原预测过度概括,现实中他人反应多元且非否定性。’ - Notes: 聚焦具体行为与反应,避免归因推断 ## Files - `references/evidence.md` -
