Verifizierter Rechtsprechungsanker für Altfälle - EuGH, Urteil vom 19.03.2019, C-163/17, Jawo: Für Dublin-III-Fälle erläutert die Entscheidung Überstellungsfrist, Flüchtigsein und die hohe Schwelle des Artikels 4 GRCh bei drohender extremer materieller Not.
