# Betroffenenanfragen – Art. 15–22 DSGVO ## Eingaben - Art der Anfrage (Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung, Datenportabilität, Widerspruch, Einwilligungswiderruf) - Eingangsdatum der Anfrage - Name, E-Mail-Adresse oder sonstige Angaben des Antragstellers - Praxisprofil aus `CLAUDE.md` (Systemliste, Identifikationsstandard, DSB) - Optional: Dokument oder E-Mail der Anfrage ## Ablauf 1. **Eingangsklassifikation.** - Anfrage-Art bestimmen: Auskunft (Art. 15), Berichtigung (Art. 16), Löschung (Art. 17), Einschränkung (Art. 18), Datenportabilität (Art. 20), Widerspruch (Art. 21), Einwilligungswiderruf (Art. 7 Abs. 3)? - Mehrfachanfragen erkennen (häufig: kombinierter Auskunfts- und Löschantrag). - Handelt es sich um ein Auskunftsersuchen nach IFG/UIG statt DSGVO? (Abgrenzung bei öffentlichen Stellen) 2. **Fristberechnung.** - Grundfrist: 1 Monat ab Eingang, Art. 12 Abs. 3 Satz 1 DSGVO. - Verlängerung um bis zu 2 Monate möglich bei Komplexität oder Vielzahl von Anfragen, Art. 12 Abs. 3 Satz 2 DSGVO. - **Verlängerung erfordert Mitteilung an Betroffenen innerhalb der 1-Monatsfrist** mit Begründung. - Fristende berechnen: [Eingangsdatum + 1 Monat] = [Datum].
