# 异质性分析（cte-heterogeneity） ## 触发时机 - 主结果已稳健，但只切了一个维度（常见的"东中西"或"国企 / 非国企"） - 审稿人要求补做异质性 - 切了多个维度但脱离中国财经制度场景、没有理论指引 ## 切分维度优先级（落到财经制度场景） 按《财贸经济》读者期待度排序： 1. **企业 / 主体特征** —— 融资约束强弱、所有制（国企 / 民企 / 外资）、规模、行业要素密集度、上市与否、税负水平 2. **市场与要素约束** —— 金融发展水平、要素市场化程度、信贷可得性、出口依存度、行业竞争度 3. **财政 / 制度环境** —— 财政分权度、地方债务压力、税收征管强度、营商环境、政策试点先后批次 4. **区域与城市层级** —— 城市规模 / 行政层级、城市群 / 都市圈、沿海 / 内陆（须给理论理由，非只切"东中西"） 5. **周期与时间窗** —— 政策初期 vs. 后期、金融周期上下行、贸易摩擦前后 至少切 3 个维度，每个维度至少 2 个子样本对比。**避免只切"东中西"**——这是审稿人最容易吐槽的"偷懒维度"，除非有明确的制度理论理由。 ## 维度选择三原则 1. **有理论指引**：切分维度必须能解释"为什么在这一维度上效应不同"（挂上融资约束、财政激励、市场摩擦等理论） 2. **样本量足够**：子样本 N 过小的结论不可靠，特殊群体尤其注意 3. **系数差异显著性检验**：必须报告 Chow 检验或交互项（组间差异显著才有意义） ## 异质性写作模板 ``` 本文进一步检验[维度，落到企业 / 市场 / 制度环境]异质性。 理论上，[原因——为什么这类主体 / 地区效应不同]…… 实证上，本文将样本按[维度]分为[组 1] 和 [组 2]，分别估计主回归（结果见表 X 第 (1)(2) 列）。 结果显示，[组 1] 的处理效应为 X，而 [组 2] 为 Y，系数差异在 [显著水平] 上显著。 这一发现与本文的[机制]一致，说明该政策 / 冲击对[何种主体]的作用更强。 ``` ## 与机制分析的关系 异质性 ≈ 机制的反向验证： - 机制告诉我们"为什么有效应" - 异质性告诉我们"在什么类型的主体 / 地区上效应更强 / 更弱" 理想的实证文章应该：**机制（M 强 → 效应强）** 与 **异质性（M 强的子样本 → 效应强）** 互相印证。例如机制是"缓解融资约束"，则异质性上"原本融资约束更紧的企业"效应应更强。 ## 必查清单 - [ ] 至少 3 个异质性维度，且贴合中国财经制度场景 - [ ] 每个维度有理论指引 - [ ] 系数差异显著性检验报告 - [ ] 各子样本量足够（不靠 N=30 撑结论） - [ ] 异质性结论与机制一致（或合理解释不一致） ## 反模式 - 异质性只
