# 异质性与条件性（cpa-heterogeneity） ## 触发时机 - 主结果已立住，但只笼统适用、没分析"在什么条件下更强 / 更弱" - 只切了一个维度（"东中西"或"发达 / 欠发达"） - 审稿人要求补做差异化分析 - 定性研究里不同案例结果不同，但没系统比较条件 ## 切分维度优先级 按《中国行政管理》读者期待度排序（公共管理语境）： 1. **行政层级**——省 / 市 / 县 / 乡镇 / 街道社区；不同层级的治理逻辑常不同 2. **地区治理情境**——区域、市场化 / 法治化程度、财政能力、数字政府发展水平 3. **政府间结构**——属地化程度、央地任务分工、条块关系 4. **组织 / 部门属性**——职能部门 vs. 综合部门、垂直管理 vs. 属地管理、机构改革前后 5. **政策 / 时间窗**——政策初期 vs. 常态化、运动式治理期 vs. 平时 6. **服务对象 / 个体特征**（如适用）——城乡、群体、诉求类型 至少切 2–3 个维度；定量每个维度至少 2 个子样本对比，定性按维度做系统的跨案例比较。 ## 维度选择三原则 1. **有理论指引**：切分维度必须能解释"为什么这一维度上效应 / 表现不同"，且与机制呼应 2. **样本量 / 案例数足够**：定量子样本 N 不能太小；定性比较案例可控 3. **差异显著性 / 系统性**：定量必须报告系数差异检验（Chow 检验或交互项）；定性比较要落到条件组合（可借助 QCA 思路） ## 异质性写作模板（定量） ``` 本文进一步检验[维度，如行政层级]的异质性。 理论上，[原因，挂机制]……因此预期效应在[组 1]更强。 实证上，本文将样本按[维度]分为[组 1]和[组 2]，分别估计（结果见表 X 第 (1)(2) 列）。 结果显示，[组 1]的效应为 X，[组 2]为 Y，系数差异在[显著水平]上显著。 这一发现与本文的[机制]一致——[解释]。 ``` ## 跨案例条件比较（定性 / QCA） ``` 本文比较[案例 A / B / C]在[结果]上的差异。 通过对[条件 1、条件 2、条件 3]的系统比较，发现导向[成功 / 失败]的并非单一条件，而是[条件组合]。 这表明在[治理情境]下，[结果]具有[多重并发因果 / 殊途同归]特征。 ``` ## 与机制分析的关系 异质性 ≈ 机制的反向验证： - 机制告诉我们"通过什么过程发生" - 异质性告诉我们"在什么治理条件下更强 / 更弱" 理想结构：**机制（某条件激活该过程）** 与 **异质性（该条件强的样本效应强）** 相互印证。 ## 必查清单 - [ ] 至少 2–3 个异质性 / 条件维度，且贴合公共管理语境（层级 / 情境 / 结构） - [ ] 每个维度有理论指引并与机制呼应 - [
