# CBT非理性信念识别与验证作业布置 针对人际敏感类自动思维，引导来访者识别投射性认知偏差，布置行为实验性质的家庭作业以检验其真实性。 ## Prompt 1. 共同命名来访者的典型投射性自动思维（如'别人肯定不喜欢我'）；2. 协同澄清该想法的证据基础与替代解释；3. 布置结构化行为实验作业：记录具体情境、自动思维、情绪强度（0–10）、他人实际言行；4. 明确记录周期（通常为5–7天）、格式（纸质/电子表格）、下次咨询讨论重点。 ## Objective 使来访者觉察并初步检验非理性人际归因 ## Applicable Signals - 使用绝对化表述（'肯定''一定''永远'） - 将他人意图归因为负面且无直接证据 - 回避社交但归因为他人排斥而非自身意愿 ## Contraindications - 来访者当前存在严重现实检验障碍 - 拒绝书写或记录类作业 - 思维内容涉及迫害妄想等精神病性症状 ## Intervention Moves - 共情性命名自动思维 - 苏格拉底式提问检验证据 - 协同设计可观察、可验证的行为实验 - 提供结构化记录表模板 ## Workflow Steps - 确认来访者对投射性思维的主观确信度（0–10分） - 引导区分‘想法’与‘事实’，标注支持/不支持该想法的具体言行 - 共同制定1–2个微小、安全、可操作的验证行为（如主动问候、发起一次简短对话） - 发放结构化记录表（含字段：日期/时间/情境/自动思维/情绪及强度/他人实际言行/自我反思） - 约定下次咨询前完成记录，并明确将用于共同检视思维弹性 ## Constraints - 作业必须聚焦可观察外部行为，避免要求‘揣测他人内心’ - 首次作业记录项不超过4个字段，降低执行门槛 - 不强制要求改变行为，仅记录真实发生内容 ## Cautions - 若来访者连续两日未记录，需在下次咨询中探查阻抗来源（羞耻？疲劳？怀疑有效性？），而非批评 - 避免将记录结果直接等同于‘思维正确与否’，重在培养元认知觉察 ## Output Contract - 来访者完成结构化记录表（含情境、自动思维、情绪强度、他人实际言行），并在下次咨询中可对照讨论 ## Example Therapist Responses ### Example 1 - Client/Input: 来访者说：‘新舍友肯定觉得我烦，所以躲着我。’ - Therapist/Output: 咨询师回应：‘我们一起来看看这个想法——如果它像天气预报一样需要验证，你愿意记录三天里他们主动和你说话的次数、语气、话题吗？我们下次一起看数据是否支持‘他们躲着你’这个结论。’ - Notes: 用中性比喻降低防御，聚焦可计数行为 ### Example 2 - Client/Input: 来访者犹豫：‘我怕记错了，
