Die Vormerkung schützt den Übereignungsanspruch, aber nicht automatisch Rückzahlung, Fertigstellungsmehrkosten oder Schadensersatz. ## Output Erstelle eine Eigentumspfad-Tabelle mit Zahlung, Sicherung, Bankfreigabe, fehlender Voraussetzung und konkreter Zahlungsantwort.
