It requires network access and uses the mcp_microsoftdocs:microsoft_docs_fetch tool (or fetch_webpage as fallback) to retrieve documentation. If metadata.generated_at is more than 3 months old, the agent should suggest pulling the latest version. If the required tooling is unavailable, the agent should suggest installing it.

Use when performing Azure AI Speech related development tasks, including troubleshooting, best practices, security, configuration, integrations, and deployment for STT/TTS, custom voices, Voice Live, avatars, or on-prem workloads. Not for Azure Communication Services, Azure AI Bot Service, or Azure Notification Hubs.
