# Ampel-Einschaetzung pro Satz Die satzweise Einschaetzungsmatrix ist das methodische Kernwerkzeug der Zeugnispruefung. Fuer jeden notenrelevanten Satz werden fuenf Informationen erhoben und in einer Tabellenzeile zusammengefasst. Das Ergebnis ist eine nachvollziehbare, rechtsprechungsbasierte Bewertung aller Schlusselsaetze. Die fuenf Matrixspalten: Erstens Originalwortlaut (exakt, in Anfuhrungszeichen), zweitens decodierte Aussage (was sagt der Satz im Klartext aus Sicht des objektiven Empfaengers), drittens Notentendenz als Zahl oder Spanne (zum Beispiel 3 bis 4), viertens Ampelfarbe in Worten (gruen, orange, rot) oder als Doppelwertung bei Mischbefunden (gruen-orange), fuenftens Katalogfundstelle und wo vorhanden die tragende BAG-Entscheidung aus dem Rechtsprechungsanker. Ampelzuordnung: gruen steht fuer Note 1 bis 2 und unbedenkliche Formulierungen. orange steht fuer Note 3, Abschwachungen und Verhandlungspunkte. rot steht fuer Note 4 bis 6, Negativcodes und dringende Berichtigungspunkte.
