# Annals Workflow Router (amann-workflow) ## Overview This is the router. It tells you **which amann-* skill to use at the current stage** of a **comprehensive, integrative review article** aimed at the *Academy of Management Annals* (Annals) — the Academy of Management's **review-of-the-field journal**, published with Taylor & Francis. Annals does **not** publish original empirical research or stand-alone new theory; it publishes **authoritative, theory-advancing reviews** that synthesize a management/organization literature. Its mission is "up-to-date, in-depth and integrative reviews of research advances in management," and its house identity is **"reviews with an attitude"**: a review must take a critical, integrative stance and set an agenda, not merely catalog papers (检索于 2026-06;以官网为准). About this skill
What does the amann-workflow skill do?

Use when deciding which amann-* sub-skill to invoke next, or when sequencing a comprehensive review article from topic selection through revision for an Academy of Management Annals (Annals) submission. Routes — it does not replace — the specialized skills.

How do I install it?

Run `npx skills add brycewang-stanford/Awesome-Journal-Skills --skill amann-workflow --agent claude-code` — it drops the skill into your project so the agent can pick it up. Swap the --agent value for codex, cursor or copilot if you use one of those.

Where does this skill come from?

From brycewang-stanford/Awesome-Journal-Skills, a repository with 909 stars. We read it straight from the repository tree rather than a submitted listing, so what you see here is what is actually published.

Is a popular skill a good skill?

Not necessarily. Stars measure attention, not adoption — a repository can trend for a week and be abandoned. That is why we show the weekly change from our own snapshots next to the total, instead of a single flattering number.
