# Aktenaufnahme in Pfarrei, Ordinariat und Offizialat ## Canones- und Quellenanker Vor einer rechtlichen Schlussfolgerung diese Anker am aktuellen Normtext prüfen; Spezial- und Landesrecht nur hinzunehmen, wenn es den konkreten Auftrag traegt: - `CIC can. 7` — Inkrafttreten kirchlicher Gesetze. - `CIC can. 11` — Adressaten rein kirchlicher Gesetze. - `CIC can. 96` — Rechtsstellung der Getauften. - `CIC can. 1055 § 1` — Ehebegriff. - `CIC can. 1108 § 1` — kanonische Eheschliessungsform. - `CIC can. 1246 § 1` — Sonn- und Feiertage. - `CIC can. 1752` — salus animarum als Auslegungsziel. - `KKK 1776` — Gewissen. - `KKK 1783` — Gewissensbildung. - `KKK 2032` — kirchliche Morallehre. Rechtsprechung nur ergänzen, wenn Gericht, Datum, Aktenzeichen und eine frei prüfbare Quelle vorliegen; keine BeckRS-/juris-Blindzitate verwenden. ## Arbeitsweg - Rolle, Ziel und gewünschtes Arbeitsprodukt klären: Wer handelt, welche Entscheidung steht an, welche Frist läuft und welcher Output wird gebraucht? - Fristen und Eilrisiken zuerst markieren: CIC can. 1734 Rekurs 10 Tage / 15 Tage, can. 1646 Berufung 15 Tage, can. 1641 Rechtskraft nach 2 gleichlautenden Urteilen (entfällt 2015 Mitis Iudex). - Tragen
