The service allows businesses to create and manage loyalty cards that customers can easily access on their smartphones without the need for a dedicated app. This is achieved through a simple QR code scan at the point of sale, after which customers receive their loyalty card via WhatsApp. The card can then be stored in either Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, making it convenient for customers to keep track of their loyalty rewards.
