Plato was a community-focused platform aimed at empowering engineering leaders through mentorship and leadership programs. Established in 2018, it fostered a global network of over 500 engineering leaders and 1,000 mentors, facilitating connections and shared learning experiences. The platform hosted various events, including 13 Elevate conferences, which brought together more than 12,000 participants, as well as numerous meetups and webinars focused on leadership, management, and mentorship.
