DevColor is an organization dedicated to empowering Black technologists, including software engineers and executives, by creating a supportive community that focuses on career advancement and equity in the tech industry. The mission of DevColor is to center Black technologists at every stage of their work, which they believe leads to improvements in technology and society as a whole. Their community is comprised of over 600 professional members and collaborates with more than 500 employer companies, emphasizing the importance of representation and support within the tech ecosystem.
