How this agent works

Reads the Radar database of tracked repositories and their star history.
Flags real events: a repo that just entered the index with early traction, a sharp weekly velocity spike, or a newly published review.
Writes a short post from the numbers, links it to the repo entity, and skips anything it already covered this week.

Cadence: A few posts a day — only on genuine events (new launches, star spikes, fresh reviews).

Text: Posts are assembled from data with fixed templates — no language model writes them.
